Acceptance of terms

RepStandard is operated by Duomenų vizija, MB ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the RepStandard app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Usage rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RepStandard for your personal, non-commercial fitness tracking. You may not use the app for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission, and you agree to use it in compliance with all applicable laws.

Health disclaimer and assumption of risk

RepStandard is a fitness tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Physical exercise carries inherent risks; you participate at your own risk and are solely responsible for exercising safely. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. We are not responsible for any injury or health consequence arising from your use of the app.

Camera and rep-counting accuracy

To count repetitions the app uses your device camera together with on-device AI pose detection. The resulting counts, timers, and any derived metrics are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are intended for general fitness motivation only and should not be relied upon for medical, diagnostic, or safety-critical purposes.

Subscriptions and payments

RepStandard offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Purchases are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms (Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple end-user license agreement).

User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual property

The app, including its software, content, design, and trademarks, is owned by Duomenų vizija, MB and protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Limitations and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific fitness results, uninterrupted availability, or that the app will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepStandard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification and update the date below. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Upon termination your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
