The ladder

Start as a Sheep.
See how far you climb.

Twenty ranks across four tiers. Each one has a hard requirement in all four movements - you don't get it for showing up, you get it for hitting the numbers.

Percentiles are RepStandard's own benchmark for adult men, drawn from published bodyweight-fitness norms.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Does the video of me leave my phone?

No. Pose detection runs on-device while you train. The camera feed is used to count reps and check depth, and it isn't uploaded anywhere.

How accurate is the rep counting?

It tracks your joint positions and only counts a rep once you've hit the required range of motion, so partials are ignored. Give it a clear side-on view of your whole body and good light and it's reliable across all four movements.

Do I need any equipment?

Just floor space and something to lean your phone against. Push-ups, squats, sit-ups and plank - that's the entire toolkit.

How long is a workout?

Most days land between 14 and 21 minutes. The program scales the volume to your current max, so it gets harder as you get stronger rather than longer.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing gets deleted, but you don't earn XP for days you skip - and the ranks are built so you notice. Rest days are part of the plan; drifting isn't.

Which devices does it support?

iPhone. Download it from the App Store - it's free to start.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel there any time.

Most men never hit
twenty clean push-ups.

You already know whether you're one of them. Fourteen minutes a day is what it takes to stop being one.
